My goals for the aquaponic restaurant system was to create a local garden for the neighbourhood in Teviot estate in poplar as well as a restaurant for people all over London to visit.  The aquaponic system will be available for the local neighbourhood to work at and learn about producing your own food. Aquaponic system uses trout and tilapia to produce herbs, tomatoes and salads.

At the time I was working on a aquaponic restaurant. The restaurant would be a concept restaurant that will allow people come in and test their restaurant ideas. 
use the produce gained from the farm. I wanted to have a system were the guest sit down and choose the ingredients they want around them, this then gets taken to get prepared. I want to involve people in the cooking process.
